• রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ:ফেরত দেওয়া পণ্যের মূল্য এবং প্রযোজ্য শিপিং খরচ রিফান্ড করা হবে। তবে, যদি পণ্যটি ফেরত দেওয়ার শর্তাবলী অনুযায়ী না হয়, তবে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না।    

গ. বিশেষ শর্তাবলী

• অর্ডার বাতিল:গ্রাহকরা অর্ডার দেওয়ার পর যদি বাতিল করতে চান, তবে তাদেরকে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আমাদের গ্রাহক সহায়তা দলের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। অর্ডার বাতিলের সময়সীমা অর্ডার দেওয়ার পর ২৪ (চব্বিশ) ঘণ্টা।
